We all love films, but do you really understand them? Do you sometimes watch a film and not fully get what it’s about, or misunderstand what the director is trying to say? How can you appreciate a film in the same way that you do a piece of literature? At this event we will give you an insight into cinematography, the language of film, and help you to answer these questions.

Pengyu Qin
秦鹏宇
Pengyu Qin is a lecturer in cinematography at Sichuan University of Media and Communications, commercial photographer and cinematographer. He received his Bachelor's degree in Video Media Art from the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in China and Master's degree in Filmmaking from the University for the Creative Arts in the UK. Pengyu obtained several achievements in filmmaking:
