Long-term Asset Loan Agreement
The option to enter into a Long-Term equipment rental agreement is reserved to provide students with flexibility, specifically for significant graduation projects or major school activities. To initiate the process for signing a Long-Term agreement, applicants should follow the formal application procedure outlined below:
Step 1: Application Submission
- Applicants should initiate the process by sending anemail (application forms attached below)to mediaartslab@dukekunshan.edu.cn. In this email, provide comprehensive information about the project for which equipment usage is requested. This information should encompass project details, its importance, expected duration, and any other pertinent factors that substantiate the need for a Long-Term agreement.
Step 2: Application Assessment
- The Media Arts Cage will conduct an assessment upon receiving the project details.
- If it is determined that the project does not meet the criteria for a Long-Term agreement, the application will not proceed.
- If the application is deemed appropriate, the Long-Term rental agreement will be sent to the applicant via email.
Step 3: Supervisor’s Approval
- Once the applicant receives the Long-Term rental agreement, they must seek the signature of their project supervisor. The signed agreement should be returned promptly to mediaartslab@dukekunshan.edu.cn.
Step 4: Approval and Equipment Preparation
Following the receipt of the signed Long-Term rental agreement, the Media Arts Lab will review and approve the Long-Term rental application.
Applicants interested in Long-Term rental agreements are advised to initiate the application process at least one week in advance. This time frame allows for thorough review and approval of the application, as well as sufficient preparation of equipment to support your project or event effectively.
